1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") 4 abd These terms apply to all users of the platform and its services. By registering, logging in, or using 4 abd in any way, you agree to abide by these terms.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with 4 abd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or misleading details will result in account termination and possible forfeiture of any balance.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual is limited to only One Account Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The name, mobile number, and email address provided at registration must be genuine and active.
• Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You should never share your password with anyone.
• Transferring, selling, or lending your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

To ensure security and prevent money laundering, 4 abd conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. KYC may be required in the following circumstances:

• For a first-time large withdrawal request (generally above ৳20,000).
• When unusual activity is detected on an account.
• During the resolution of a bonus-related dispute.

A scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport, along with a selfie, may be required for KYC verification. All such information is kept strictly confidential.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are processed only from verified accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• A withdrawal request can be cancelled within 1 hour of submission. Once processing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
• 4 abd reserves the right to delay any suspicious withdrawal request pending verification.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4 abd offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly outlined on the bonus offer page.

• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 20x, etc.).
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Single Bonus Policy: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise in the offer.
• Manipulation Prohibited: Using multiple accounts or specific betting patterns to exploit the bonus system will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• 4 abd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 4 abd. These rules cover Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games alike.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the event itself is cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 4 abd reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be automatically refunded.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are considered final.
• For disputes regarding scores or results, the official authority's records shall be considered final.

Maximum Betting Limit

6 Prohibited Activities

4 abd is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional offers.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for a minor.

Violating this policy may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action if necessary — without prior notice.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

4 abd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In cases of terms violation.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• In cases of KYC verification failure.
• Upon a self-exclusion or responsible gaming request.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Users may request account closure at any time. The account will be closed within 48 hours of receiving the request, and any valid balance will be refunded.

• If a user's password or account details are compromised due to their own negligence.

• If a game or betting session is disrupted due to a technical fault — the bet will be voided and the amount refunded.
